Shipping policy

Order processing usually takes 2 – 4 days upon receiving confirmation of the orders. Holidays and weekend are not included. Delays of processing orders may occur due to an overload of orders. Once the processing of the order is completed, an email will be sent with the shipping date.

If your package has not arrived within 90 days of the shipping date, we will refund the amount of the order or replace your package. No questions asked. So, instead of being 60 days like most diamond painting stores, I chose 90 days as a cut off date because of Covid-19 and of natural disasters that we are experiencing these days, making shipping, in some cases, slower than usual.
